Do you love interacting with customers? Are you friendly, outgoing, and a fast learner? Are you computer savvy and have great phone skills? Do you enjoy working in a recreational environment and helping those who are recreating? If so, you may be a great fit for one of our customer service positions at BRSP! Our customer service staff operate a cash register, field phone inquiries, engage in light administrative tasks, keep our club houses clean and tidy, and most importantly engage with our members and their guests to help create an enjoyable experience.
Your hours could be during the day or the evening, we currently have both on offer.
As we grow, there is potential for this position to grow with the right person.
Required
Qualifications:
We are looking for honest, flexible people who can manage challenging situations.
At least 1 year of customer service experience and operating a computer-based POS system.
A hard worker with great organizational and computer skills.
Ability to converse in a pleasant manner with a broad range of personalities.
Comfortable around firearms.
16 - 24 hours per week, pay is negotiable depending on experience, but starts at $13/hour.
Must be willing to work weekends.
